September 29, 2011 at 3:35 PM When I attended GRAMMY week activities earlier this year, I became aware of the engaging program that The GRAMMY Foundation has for jazz singers and musicians in high school. During my first evening in Los Angeles, I saw the culmination of some of that dedication when the GRAMMY Jazz Ensemble performed with bassist Esperanza Spalding at Spaghettini's Grill and Lounge!

(Sept. 29, 2011) — The GRAMMY Foundation is currently accepting applications for its 2012 GRAMMY Camp®, GRAMMY Camp – Jazz Session, (formerly GRAMMY®Jazz Ensembles ) and GRAMMY Signature Schools programs for high school students and high school music programs. These programs are part of the Foundation's GRAMMY in the Schools® offerings and are supported in part by Best Buy and Converse.
